Very poor reception on arrival - unfriendly and uninviting member of staff . We had travelled many miles and were extremely tired . She spoke in German and appeared to berate us because we had arrived at the gate and blocking the barrier - which had access at both sides . Site clearly closing for the season and maybe this one member of staff had switched off early doors .Not good . We all have bad days but this was poor attitude . Will not return .
